Introducing Joe Ho, a specialist in reviving the fortunes of hotels by turning a declining asset into a profitable one. Joe is a close friend of Cheng & Co’s Managing Partner Professor Dato’ Dr Chua Hock Hoo and is here in Kuala Lumpur to share his knowledge and expertise in the hotel industry with our partners, staff and friends.
Joe brings with him over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in a number of international hotels around the world. He has been credited with increasing occupancy rates of hotels from 28% to more than 70% within six months.
Currently, he is the General Manager of Millennium Residences at Beijing Fortune Plaza in Beijing, China. At the 6th Annual China Hotel Awards in July 2016, hosted by Lifestyle magazine, Millennium Residences was conferred with the Best Serviced Apartment award.
