This collaboration will hit the ground running with studies initially expected to be conducted on four key topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge sharing among the staff in Cheng &amp; Co<\/li>\n<li>Work-life balance among employees in the accounting industry<\/li>\n<li>Impact of job satisfaction on employee retention in the accounting industry<\/li>\n<li>The impact of talent development on job mobility across an accounting firm&#8217;s international subsidiaries: A study on Cheng and Co.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further details on the MoU signing and research areas will be made available in due course at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chengco.com.my\">www.chengco.com.my<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cheng &amp; Co-Multimedia University Collaboration On The Horizon Cheng &amp; Co will be teaming up with the Melaka campus of the Multimedia University (MMU) to conduct research on areas pertaining to the firm\u2019s talent development, employee retention and job satisfaction, among others.
