Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO): Tips for Employers

In response to the recent spike in Covid-19 cases in Malaysia, the government just announced CMCO will come into effect from midnight 12.00 am, 13th to 26th October 2020 in Sabah, and from 12.00 am, 14th to 27th Oct 2020 in Selangor, Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur.

During the above-mentioned period, inter-district traveling will be barred and workers will need to show their work passes or consent letters from employers to move from one district to another.
