PRO B Centre Sdn Bhd (PRO B), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cheng & Co, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ENVO BPO Services Sdn Bhd (Envo) at the firm’s headquarters in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur on 27 October 2017. ENVO BPO is a leading telemarketing outsourcing company in Malaysia and with this collaboration, PRO B and ENVO BPO will able to provide their respective services to each other’s clients.
PRO B is a holistic one-stop centre, offering Global Business Services (GBS) and facilities to clients in Malaysia as well as the Asia-Pacific region. PRO B was launched a year after Cheng & Co became the first Malaysian accounting firm to obtain the MSC status GBS license from MDEC in 2015. As a technology led entity, Pro B’s main objective is to aid companies in achieving operational success through strategic cost efficiency and human capital utilisation.
PRO B’s GBS services include Cloud Tax Review and Submissions, Accounting and Finance, Human Resource and Payroll, Administration and Business Processes. ENVO BPO, on the other hand, is principally involved in the provision of managed services, telemarketing services, outsourcing services, placement services and customer support services, among others
