Successful IPO in Taiwan for Malaysian Enterprise.
Cheng & Co has successfully assisted yet another Malaysian enterprise in submitting its IPO in Taiwan’s TPEx Exchange on 14 July 2017. This was made possible thanks to our partnership with SinoPac, KPMG, and Lee & Li. The said enterprise had succeed in its IPO in Taiwan through the hard work and contribution of all the partners and staff.
The enterprise has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and exporting a wide array of wooden bedroom furniture. The company has a workforce of almost 500 and is recognized for its high-tech approach. Its advance methods of manufacturing products are able to produce product of the highest quality, yet priced competitively, and mainly exports to the North American markets.
