Women in leadership often face numerous challenges such as working in male dominated environments and, balancing work and other commitments. Hence the WIL programme – jointly organised by ICAEW and TalentCorp – focused on supporting the career and progress of women transitioning from mid-to senior management roles to senior management, partner or board level positions, and had participants from many MNCs, GLCs and listed companies.

Optional Mentoring, before the final review and graduation process. Workshops, discussions and sharing sessions centred around key components such as learning & developing leadership, strategies and styles, career challenges and options, and managing self and the ecosystem.

“The objective of our Women’s Leadership Centre is aligned with Malaysia’s mission to promote more women in the boardroom. So we hope through this centre we can inspire and nurture more women in CHENG & CO to elevate themselves and excel in leadership roles,” she added.
