On 18 July 2016, approximately 55 people attended a cloud accounting software training session organised by Cheng & Co’s shared services outsourcing (SSO) arm Pro B Centre in collaboration with Xeersoft Sdn Bhd, the cloud accounting software provider for accounting and HR solutions website Webixs.
The training session – attended by representatives of Cheng & Co’s member firms, accounting service staff, SSO staff and accounting software agents – was conducted at the Leadership Centre in Cheng & Co’s head office.
The session introduced the cloud accounting software that has revolutionised the operational environment for businesses and accountants, providing flexibility, mobility increased security and cost savings, among others.
The initial turnout was expected to be around 30 people but the turnout exceeded expectations. More cloud accounting software training sessions will be conducted for other staff and member firms in the near future, and likely to be held in Cheng & Co’s branch offices throughout Malaysia.
