Ms Tay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. She has a great deal of passion, enthusiasm and commitment towards nurturing and developing women leadership.
